Who Am I
After living through narcissistic abuse, it's common to look in the mirror and wonder who's looking back. This gentle class isn't about finding the person you used to be. It's about meeting the person you are today, with all your strengths and struggles, and beginning to imagine who you want to become.

About the Class
Finding your footing again
If you were raised by a narcissistic parent or have survived a narcissistic relationship, you know how the confusion and chaos can blur your sense of self. After years of living on someone else's terms, many survivors are left in a fog, unsure of what they like, what they believe, or even who they are.
Here's the gentle truth: you aren't the same person you were before, and you don't have to be. This class won't ask you to go back and find who you used to be. Instead, it invites you to explore who you are right now, to notice your strengths, honor your struggles, and dream a little about who you want to be.
In a safe, supportive space, you'll use art to explore these questions at your own pace. There are no right answers here, only your answers, and every one of them is worth discovering.
How It Works
How it works
Over an hour and a half, you'll be gently guided through creating four "Who Am I" cards, each one built around a photo of you. Through collage, color, and reflection, every card becomes a way to explore a different part of yourself: who you are today, what you're carrying, what makes you strong, and who you're becoming.
Before class, please gather four photos of yourself. Photocopies work great, and they can be four copies of the same photo as long as it's a picture of you. Selfies are perfect. Each photo should be no larger than 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall. Everything else is provided.
