Narcissistic Abuse Support Group

You are not alone — and you never were the problem.

If you’ve survived a relationship with a narcissistic partner, or grew up in a family shaped by narcissistic patterns, you know how hard it can be to explain to people who haven’t lived it. Here, you don’t have to explain. Everyone in the room gets it.

Paint-covered hands pressing into a textured canvas.

Everyone here

gets it.

Who It’s For

Who this group is for

This group is for survivors of narcissistic abuse in all its forms — whether it came from a partner in a toxic relationship or from the family you were raised in. And no, the person who hurt you doesn’t need an official diagnosis for your experience to count. If it felt like narcissistic abuse, you belong here.

You might find this group especially helpful if…

You’ve recently left a toxic or emotionally abusive relationship

You grew up in a family where love felt conditional, confusing, or controlling

You second-guess your own memories and instincts

You feel isolated and are longing to rebuild connection and support

You simply want to be understood by people who have walked a similar road

If it felt like narcissistic abuse, you belong here.

What to Expect

What to expect when you come

A supportive community, not a class with a curriculum — a warm circle that meets you exactly where you are.

A peer-led circle

We gather, we share — only as much as you want to — and we hold space for one another. Some weeks you may talk a lot. Some weeks you may just listen. Both are welcome.

Support from people who get it

Narcissistic abuse is isolating by design. This group exists to help you rebuild the support system you need most, one gathering at a time.

Art at your fingertips

Art supplies are always set out. Doodle, collage, or paint while we talk — sometimes hands stay busy so hearts can open. No experience needed, and no pressure to create.

A judgment-free space

Your story is your own. Whatever you share here is met with compassion, validation, and confidence.

Good to Know

A gentle note

This group is a source of peer support and community — it is not therapy, and it’s not meant to replace care from a licensed mental health professional. Many members find it works beautifully alongside professional care, offering the day-to-day understanding that only fellow survivors can give.
